The Government of Alberta has officially launched the 2025 – 2026 Alberta Ethnocultural Grant Program. This initiative supports community organizations across Alberta that foster inclusion, celebrate cultural diversity, and strengthen connections among ethnocultural communities.
The grant program will support Indigenous and community organizations in advancing intercultural understanding by funding projects that encourage people to share, learn, appreciate, and respect cultural diversity. It will also support smaller grassroots ethnocultural and Indigenous groups to deliver programs and services through partnerships with larger organizations.
- Intake 3 of the grant program launched October 14, 2025, with an end date for accepting application being December 19, 2025 at 5 pm MST.
- Applicants are expected to apply on the Government of Alberta’s online portal – https://www.alberta.ca/ethnocultural-grant.
